3CXPhoneSystem01

There is no patch. If you read that thread you'll see that the hotfix was included in Update 4 which you are already running (and shouldn't be). You are supposed to be on Update 6 which is the latest update for v15.5 and is the only supported version. I recommend updating to Update 6 ASAP:
