Will Cyberdata inside intercom work with the latest V18 or the upcoming V20? I have some clients that use them to remotely open doors.

Systems in some schools and churches that had them setup on previously are still working but I want to move them into hosted and not sure if it will work or if they will work on V20

Hello,

Assuming the devices are SIP compatible you shouldn’t have any issues. But if you give more context or some documentation it will be easier to give a more elaborate answer.

We only support those devices for local installations, so hosted will not work in V18 or V20.

It may be possible to use SBC, but you will have to figure out how to configure the device manually by yourself and test it before you go ahead.
