D-link DPH-50U adapter

I just start to try 3CX system and have no experience with it.

I have D-link DPH-50U adapter to connect regular phone to VoIP line.

It originally made for Skype and it work with Skype well.

But my question is: if it possible to make any settings and use this adapter with 3CX?

I add Skype gateway in 3CX settings but have no results.

I do not know where is a problem: or this hardware cannot work with 3CX, or hardware is OK but I need to do something to configure it but I do not know how. Any advise?!

Hello,

today this adapter is not compatible with 3cx. i suppose because this adpater works in usb. if you want to connect a regular phone you can use a LinkSys SPA-3102 or patton.

you can suggest to the 3cx team to build a system to intégrate your adapter.
