As Version 5 is now a release can you shed any light on this issue http://www.3cx.com/forums/categories-1/version-5-beta-feedback-6/no-music-on-transfer-from-dr-3386/ its kind of stopping us in our tracks as people are thinking the line has been disconnected! Kind of a show stopper to be honest!
