Hi,

I've got a call report that is set to run at 6pm everyday to give me the daily call stats for some extensions. Except it doesn't always run at 6pm. It wouldn't be so bad if the report was run on the same day (5pm is knock off time, so between 5pm and midnight is OK to run the report), but when it runs first thing the next day, "TODAY" should be "YESTERDAY" instead...

The server that it's running on has NTP setup and the time is correct whenever I check it, and there is nothing else running at 6pm that would cause issues. (At 2am on another VM on the same server there is an intensive backup, but the report should be done WAY before then!)

Why doesn't it always run at the scheduled time?

(running on Ubuntu, 3CX version 18.0.237 Pro licence)

Hi @opendajohn,

There was an issue with reports running on v18 update 1, and this was resolved in update 2. I would recommend upgrading to update 2 BETA but ... since you're running 3CX on ubuntu, it's unsupported so instead I'll suggest running your PBX on Debian 10 using our installation ISO found in your Customer Portal.

We had similar issue where reports were not even running on random days. Ive just applied update 2 and hopefully that solves it.
