I have extra rock solid data center colo rack cabinet space in SoCal. I'm looking for a another site somewhere nearby, perhaps NorCal, NV or AZ.

While I can't do a mutual exchange, we have a DC in Portland that we could rent 4U to you on if you want. Might be too far away though.
