I am writing to request your support in resolving an issue with our data records. The database table called "cl_calls" has not been updated since "2025-06-03 02:03:07." I need this issue resolved in order to conduct some data analysis regarding our calls. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello,

I assume that on that date you moved from update 5 to update 6? As we have mentioned in our Blog and other announcements, update 6 brought a new database structure that allows for better optimization of call record storage and retrieval.
