I don't know that your desire of viewing a database is as simple as it might seem or not without some danger. If you want to see info about calls, the easy way is to simple use the reports feature and filter accordingly. If you want really detailed info which includes technical details, you should look at the 3CX Bin log viewer. Both methods are described in the blog.
