The date in the journal into our Dutch CRM from the Dutch 3CX system is MM/dd/yy and AM/PM time instead of 24h, so 1/3/20 4:24PM
We want this to show up as: 03-01-2020 16:24 or 3-1-2020 16:24.

Unfortunately there is no space in the Missed Call: journal field to do a conversion like ToString("dd-MM-yyyyTHH:mm:ssZ")]

I tried the regional settings within 3CX and MISSEDCALLSDATETIMEFORMAT setting without succes.

Any idea?

This is how you can format the start time according to your needs:
[[CallStartTimeLocal].ToString("dd-MM-yyyyTHH:mm")]

I understand that the Missed Call field has limited space. You can get extra space if you change the following line from the template:
<Parameter Parent="ReportCallEnabled" Name="MissedCallText" Type="String" Title="Missed Call:" Default="[DateTime]: Missed call from [Number] [Contact::FullName] to [Agent]" />

To:
<Parameter Parent="ReportCallEnabled" Name="MissedCallText" Type="String" Editor="Sql" Title="Missed Call:" Default="[DateTime]: Missed call from [Number] [Contact::FullName] to [Agent]" />

But in this case you will end up with a customized template, so you will miss any update we provide...

Ok, clear, when I copy the template I can set the date in the template as well.
The description in the manual refers to the "local culture", where can we set this?

Will you create a RFC for allowing the date format within the original template then?

This is the operating system configuration.

The only problem with the original template is the field length. We're aware of this being a limitation in some cases, so we will probably improve this in the future, however there is no ETA for this.
