Day Light Saving

Hi,

I would like to get a few details about DST settings.

We are using v15.5 SP6.

I've already changed the following settings under,
Settings - Parameters.

Time_dst_start_month set to 3.
Time_dst_start_date set to 29.
Time_dst_start_hour set to 1.
Time_dst_end_month set to 10.
Time_dst_end_date set to 25.
Time_dst_end_hour set to 1.
Time_dst_saving_minutes set to 60.
dst (dst option) value set to 1. (im not sure what this is for. Is this to activate DST settings)


Please let me know if there is anything else that has to be done to mak sure that 3cx has taken the new settings.

Do I have to restart any services?
Also should the DST option be set to 1? Is that correct.
Also, please let me know if there are anu additional settings that has to be done to make sure that the system takes the new values.

Hi Ryan,

I have never had to adjust those settings on any of my systems, they all just have changed, if you havent already i would have just restarted the whole system services.

As above, never had to change the settings

The OS should take care of this, it's not a PBX setting. It should change at the designated time for its preconfigured region and timezone.

PS: Please upgrade to V16 as soon as possible because V15.5 has reached EOL.
