Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening (whatever time it is, I hope it is a good time)
I have to preface that I know that version 14 is out of support and has been for a while but know that it is a secure server, not using sip trunks, am using a POTS gateway, that is isolated from everything else, it just isn't in the cards to replace the phones to keep the features we are use to having.
With that in mind, those of you who remember V14, I wonder if you might be able to assist me in figuring out a daylight savings time issue? This weekend of course the change happened and the host Windows machine of course changed like it was supposed to, and I assume that the 3cx services get the time of day from the host and that even if my phones are still lagging an hour behind, that the PBX itself will process rules according to the correct time on the host. What I'm getting is that it seems that the system is acting like we're closed <730 AM even though the host time is 830 AM; the business hours are 730 to 330.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Daniel
