Debian 9 to 10 upgrade. Is it necessary or will it be?

The way 3CX on Debian 10 was not supported until the recent updates, will the future updates break 3CX PBX or SBC on Debian 9?

The update to Debian 9 to Debian 10 will be transparent for both of 3CX PBX and SBC.
The update will be done with an update of the server or SBC, confirmed with Nick Galea :
