Debian does boot without a monitor, Help!

Hello,

I just installed 3CX ISO Debian 9 on a mini pc, everything went fine, Now i noticed when i have disconnected the monitor the monitor, Debian does not boot. on off on off still does not boot. when i connect a monitor to it, then it boot as normal. Is there any fix for this since the mini pc is acting as a 3cx server which i dont need a monitor to be attached to it

@complex1 I have a Gigabyte brix J1900, in the bios, i have set it to power on automatically if there is a powercut.

i found this weird, any idea why it only boot when i connect a monitor? its a VGA

You need a VGA (dummy) plug which emulate a monitor.
This will solve the issue.

@complex1 Ok i am gonna find any VGA port or VGA to HDMI convertor to see if it work. i think i got one.

@complex1 HDMI dummy can solve it? i also have an HDMI port on the mini pc

You will need a dummy what is emulate a monitor.
VGA to HDMI convertor don't work.
Please try (buy) a VGA dummy plug.
Probably you can buy one at the local computer store.

@craigreilly i don't think so as i cannot find it in my country. do you know any alter native to replace a vga dummy?
