Decline incoming calls on all devices.

I have users with multiple devices such as the web client, their mobile app, and a deskphone, an incoming call rings every device. When I reject the call on one device, it keeps ringing on the other devices.
Likewise, even when I reject a call on all my devices, the person calling does not notice this at all. Their phone is still trying to establish the call.

I have tried this with 3CX desktop app and mobile app disabled/shutdown. Sadly, with no results.

Hi @eska,

This is due to SIP Forking and is intended to work that way. When you provision multiple devices, and call the extension which has the associated devices provisioned, each device will ring independently. This means when one device rejects it, it will continue ringing on the other devices.

Their phone is still trying to establish the call.

This however is not how it works, if all devices that are ringing have rejected the call, then the call will follow the routing set up in the extension's forwarding rules under the 'If I am busy or my phone is unregistered, forward calls to:' option.

Thank you for the information. This however affects a single user at the moment. I've checked the forwarding rules but I can't seem to find anything out of order.
