Declined call keeps comming back from queue

We are having an issue when we decline a call from the queue it will come back immediately. We have to keep declining it of put ourselfs on "Do not disturb" in order to not get that one call.
Is there a possibility that when you decline a call you do not get that one back but still be able to get the next call even after for example 10-20 seconds?

This is expected if you have set Ring all as the polling strategy and have a low ring time set. However, the call will only return after the polling time-out. The call will return immediately if there is only one extension in the queue and they decline the call no matter which polling strategy is chosen.
