DECT extentions have display name starting with a comma

Hello,

I'm configuring some SNOM DECT phones (M70) on a multi cell M900 setup.

I noticed that the display names on the devices are starting with a comma.

When I download the config (from 3CX provisioning url) it's clear that the problem is at the 3CX side.

I'm using the latest update ( 16.0.639 )

Hi GVB,

Those models show Surname, Name on the screen from your extension.

If you left the Surname blank you will see a blank then comma then the name.

Can you please check and confirm?

indeed, we only use the first name as we had problems with other phones aswell when we split it up.

a lot of extentions are not really person related but living group / office like 'reception','social dept', 'groupname 1' and plitting it up show it different depending on phones that's why we prefer to have it in 1 field.

Ok, in this case then it is normal to see it this way.

If this extension exists only on the M70 perhaps you can name it accordingly or put another identifier in the place of the Last Name so that it looks nicer
