DECT Gigaset N870 Provisioning

I am trying to install a Gigaset N870 DECT phone.

In my opinion, an .xml file should be generated in the provisioning folder when I configure the DECT device. I need this .xml file to provision the N870.
When I view the DECT entry in 3CX, the provisioning link only shows the provisioning folder without the .xml file.
When I then use this provisioning link to start the automatic configuration on the N870, I receive the following error message in the 3CX log:
Provisioning file /provisioning/589ec61272e0.xml requested by 192.168.100.212 could not be generated
