Default language for WebClient

Is there anyway to change this default language? I read somewhere that the language on the server will influence this, so I changed the language on my Windows 2019 server to be English (UK) but the WebClient has not changed. So I uninstalled 3CX and reinstalled as suggested, but still no change. I deleted all the cookies between tries to make sure it was a clean slate.
It would be much better if this was a parameter in the System Settings.
If English (US) is defaulting in the WebClient is it possible to change the web HTML code so that a different language is the default?
Is it possible to remove or add languages to the WebClient?
Hopefully this is not an impossible task and will make the experience for the end users much more seamless if the WebClient can be defaulted to the language where we live.

it is not based on the OS lang of the server (only used to write date and time for call history).
It comes from your Browser. And if we have a lang match then we switch the default language.
You may after override it after in the web clienbt and then we will not use the brower lang anymore to determin how to show the webclient

Thanks that's the best answer I've seen for this question. Ok, what is the Language that I need to select at the top of the CHROME language list to get it to auto pick English (UK)? Is it just English?
I removed English (US) from the list and that left me with English.
I deleted all the cookies that related to my 3CX site and it still defaults to English (US). So obviously there is still something missing in the configuration. I'm using 3CX v16.0.1.273 and CHROME V74.0.3729.169 x64.
I still think it should be a parameter within the settings, even if it was an optional override it would remove all the if's, but's and maybe's about what default language to use in the webclient.
