Default ring tones

Hi All

I am trying to set the default ring tone to all phones on a site but it will not accept the changes regardless of if i use any of the options on the PBX or on the handset. I am assuming that i need to make the change on the template itself. These are Fanvil X4 hand sets can someone please advice what option i need to change to use the RING 1 tone as default via the template.

Hi Ben,

Just tested this now, I simply change the ringtone from here, and then reprovisioned the phone.
Now I hear a different ring tone.
