Delay between prompts - part 2

Is there anyway to reduce this time?

Why is there a 2 second delay?

Customer would like to remove this delay especially between the main digital receptionist and the second digital receptionist

Apart from making sure that there is no silence at the end of the first played prompt and at the start of the second played prompt there really is no other way of reducing this.

And like mentioned in the linked forum post the system needs time to to handle all actions.
