Delay with Live Chat config updates?

Im tested 3CX Live Chat config on a WP site with the plugin and find that the changes I make in 3CX are not instantly visible on the website - is this normal?

Hello, it depends on which code snipper you are using.
If you use full snippet, it uses parameters defined inside snippet.
if you use short snippet -- it requests parameters from 3CX Instance.

I just did a copy paste from the web client link in to the add on in WP.

So you are using 3CX LiveChat Plugin. In this case configuration changes should become actual immediately.
Can you describe what changes you made?
