many of my customers having the same issue.
PC's are I7-13xxx, 16GBRAM, 512SSD, Windows 11 Pro 23H2

3cx cloud hosted v18 update 9.

Yealink WH62 firmware version: 104.435.0.10. - this is the latest firmware available on yealink public website.

Whenever, they answer the phone there is 10sec delay to hear or receive any sound.

Anyone have any other troubleshooting ideas?

Hi Sergen,

do you still have these 10sec delay issues?

We have a very similar problem. Though it's not limited to yealink WH62. When somone starts a call from desktop app with any headset directed at a physical device e.g. DECT handset we have this sort of delay in most of the calls. In DECT the impact is massive as if scrambled. On our snom desktop phones you can understand the caller. The party with app/headset does not have this problem.

Regards
Ingo

Im using the WH62 plugged in to the deskphone with no issues so are you referring to the softphone?

If you dial *777 and perform an echo test, is there a problem?

sorry, I should have mentioned it before we are using the webclient not a physical phone.

For us it is also the SoftPhone (either web client or desktop app).
When there is a call from soft phone to hardware phone, we have this "fade in" problem. There is sound for the hardware part, but very bad. The guy on the soft phone end has no audio probs.

Sergen,

You are always using PC, so did you try to modify the "Power Options"?
If you disable this setting it could be the headset does not fall asleep...
