JohnS_3CX Support Team Staff member 3CX Support Joined Jan 4, 2019 Messages 14,523 Reaction score 3,694 Jan 31, 2020 #24 No problem, please remember to do the following once the SBC appears connected in the SIP Trunks section: Remove assigned phone from the extension Reset the phones (they might ask user/pass due to previously being STUN, but ignore that) Go in the phones tab and find them in bold Select phone and assign to extension (it should fill in SBC settings automatically in extension's provisioning tab) Remove PBX Delivers audio from the extension's Options, it's not needed now Press OK to save The phone should provision and come online shortly Dial * 777 for Echo Test and ensure you have audio
