Hello,

we tried to use the salesforce integration and were completely underwhelmed with it's performance. as such we removed it from our phone system...

The trouble is, we now have a thousand contact entries from CRM that we cant edit or delete. some of the contacts have incorrect information associated with customers who call regularly.

How can I delete these contacts. tbh, ALL of our current contacts are from the old CRM test so if necessary we'd be fine just blowing away the entire contact list and starting over!

EDIT: when we try to just delete a contact in the webclient, we get the following error:
Code:
This contact entry cannot be modified because it was created / syncronized by 3CX Phone System Company Directory Manager via CRM Integration or Microsoft Exchange / LDAP Services. To edit this contact, you need to modify it at CRM / Exchange level and wait for 3CX Phone System Company Directory service to syncronize again.

Hi narrington

Please log in the management console as an administrator and try deleting them from the contacts section

Hi narrington

I assume you mean to ask me to log into the webclient as admin and try... I am not able. I get invallid login using the admin creds on the webclient.

If you meant the management console, then I can log in fine as admin, however, I'm not seeing the contacts section.

Can you clarify?

Not the web client, the management console of your PBX

Contacts should be under the Advanced tab in V16 when you are logged in as the global Admin
