Delete free 3CX-hosted instance

I'm having a similar issue as this post: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/delete-free-3cx-hosted-instance.72104/

Are you able to stop 3CX services on the old instance? I have stopped the services, it won't let me stop Configuration Server, Management Console, Database Server, Nginx Server
Is it a 3CX hosted trial version? Yes.

I spun up a new VM on my own hosted google cloud using the same key.

Hello,

Just following on this as I've temporarily fixed the issue by stopping the services on the old instance. However, the services recently started back up and messed on the 3cx DNS.

How can I remove the 3cx hosted PBX?
