Delete queue extensions after upgrade to v16

Hi all,

One of our client was using 3CX standard v15 which can using "Call Queues" feature
After upgrade to v16 it becomes "Professional/Enterprise" features and they are OK for that
However when we tried to delete those queues, the "Call Queue" option simply gone
And we try to goto that menu via "#/app/queues" it shows "Feature available in 3CX Professional and Enterprise Editions."
So we can't delete it. Is there any other ways to delete it? They want to reuse those numbers...

You can not delete them, with the help of 3CX support you maybe able to

Was ver 15, a commercial license and had a valid support - you should have been upgraded to Pro version (if this offer has not passed)

What happens if you click on 'Refresh License Information' in License Settings

They are using Standard in v15, and they said it's ok for keep using Standard and change those queues to ring group.
After license refresh it's still standard.
We are thinking create a temp license and replace it to delete the queue and change back to original license, is it possible?

I would suggest you take a backup without the Key/FQDN and restore it on to a new install with a free key(you will have PRO edition for a trial period) so that you will have the option to delete the Queues. Once the Queues are deleted, you can take a backup and restore it on to the production server.
