It seems that there is no easy way to remove the wav files that are used for IVR/Digital Receptionist. It would be useful if this could be as streamlined as deleting a voicemail from an extention

Current version 3CX 16.0.493 on Debian

Until 3CX provides an easy solution, you could use our VoIPTools REST API. One API to get the list of wav files, and another API to delete the files. I realize that's not "streamlined" but you could build your own little interface/script to do it?

I use WinSCP and navigate to /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Ivr/Prompts/
You can remove them as you see fit, and 3CX doesn't mind one bit so long as you don't delete any system prompts.

Yes, really best friendly way to do this for each pbx, a delete button is so much desired everywhere file management is needed in console, one day perhaps DEVs will be good for us and add this usefull button. :)
