Deleting templates

Is there a way to delete phones and other templates that are not being used?

The delete button is always grayed in the Template Settings section.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

Hello CATE,

You are not allow to delete Templates that 3CX Provides you.
You can ONLY delete the custom Templates you have uploaded or Copied.
In order to delete the unused templates is to delete them from the Installation folder (Not recommended)
