Very encouraging to see my suggestion from the Ideas Forum ( https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/add-music-on-hold-for-each-department.129267/ ) become a live 3CX feature. Thank you, 3CX team, for listening to the community and turning ideas into real improvements!

We do not have an ETA for when an update will be available, as it depends on the outcome of testing.

Updates are thoroughly tested before release to ensure they are stable and ready for deployment. Therefore, we cannot confirm a date until testing is complete.
