We do not have an ETA for when an update will be available, as it depends on the test results.

Updates are thoroughly tested before release to ensure they are stable and ready for deployment. Therefore, we cannot confirm a release date.

Thank you for this feature.

I have updated my test server, but I have a question:

On a multi-tenant server, how will customers be able to change their hold music if they do not have access to the "Departments" tab under "Admin", even when they are assigned the "Department Administrator" role?

Well, I'll answer my own question.

I hadn't noticed the second part, and since my test server is not running in multi-tenant mode, I don't have the button that appears on the Dashboard.
