Department Recordings

Hi All,

Using V20 on a new system we have installed and it is using departments for separating out companies within the overall system.

We have someone who needs access to the recordings of all of their department, but not the recordings for the other departments.

The roles section on the docs pages doesn't really make it clear which option would do this.

Can anyone advise? google hasn't brought up a relevant thread either.

I have looked at the table, but it isn't clear if that is department recordings or for the full system?

The owner being the first option to see recordings makes me think that they can see the recordings for the full system which is not possible.

Any update on this? It would appear that a department manager can access all the recordings. Can it be limited to just the department they manage?

I'm looking for an update here too, the non granular permissions of the new Roles feature is proving to be a real pain.

I'm also waiting for an update. And to add that the feature to stop and start recording is greyed out in the user settings. It says "Feature not available in current Edition"
