I have a client who is currently on a very old version of Elastix (2.4) and i'm looking at moving them onto a 3CX install. A Major feature for them is departmental billing.
They currently use the account code on each extension (different codes per department) combined with Elastix Billing module to bill each department in their organisation (sales / accounts etc).
At present the Elastix billing module just has prefix codes and rates per prefix and at the end of the month they generate a report extracted to csv and it shows which extensions (via account code) made which calls.
Can this be replicated in 3CX, either similar or another solution which will just give them the basic outcome of "what departments made what calls"? Will the Hotel Module do this?
