3CX Version: 10 SP6
Client OS: XP SP3
Hi
Has anyone experienced that issue?
We want to roll-out 3CXMyPhone to approximately 100 users. We want to install 3CXMyphone locally.
Below is the command line I use:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Silverlight\sllauncher.exe" /install:\\uncto3cx\<sharename>\MyPhone.xap /overwrite /origin:http://<3cxIP>:5000/myphone/ClientBin/MyPhone.xap /shortcut:desktop+startmenu
3CXMyPhone installs locally just fine but when it won't let me login.
After I enter my extension and PIN and clicked on the [OK] button, the login windows re-appears asking me for my extension and PIN.
If I start 3CXMyPhone from my browser:
http://<3cxip>:5000/myphone
then enter my extension and PIN, I can log in just fine.
The I right-click and select "install 3CX Myphone onto this computer" and I can successfully log in from the locally installed app.
I could not find any log files to see what's going on.
So why can't I login to MyPhone when I install it from the command line?
Thanks for your help!
Regards,
Raf
