Hi
I have a domain computer in a meeting room that has 3cx for Windows installed and an extension assigned.
If I try to install the .3cxconfig file from the welcome email, it says that need to close 3cx and start installing something and at some point it requires the msi. Why does it do that? In the past I've configured other client and every time it was enough to simply double click on the config file.
Because of this problem it's impossible for me to deploy the config via GPO. I would like to configure the client with the meeting room extension for every domain user that log into the pc.
I'm using the 12.5 verision
At the moment I solved the problem with a script that runs on startup and simply copy the 3CXphone.xml from a share folder into the %appdata%\3CXPhone for Windows folder
Thank you
