Weird issues, we have 2 Snom D735s set up for a customer through a Google Cloud STUN situation. PBX delivers audio is enabled and restrictions unchecked in options. They are having an issue where the desk phones are dropping calls but the webclient remains on the line with caller, and BLF says busy on the deskphone as if it was on the phone. There is not a specific time in call they drop, and in/outbound don't matter. It is random but became more frequent recently. One other random thing I noticed is some dropped calls show all lines busy on the BLF of deskphone before resetting them. Tried updating PBX from 16.0.4.493 to 16.0.5.611, to see if that'd help but no go. Going to try factory reset and re-provisioning now, but definitely need a solution.

Thanks

The mavid word in your issue is stun.

how many phones are at the same location ?

have you configured the phones 3cx supported way ? Give each phone a different sip port, block of rtp ports , assigned fixed up address (can be DHCP reservation) and setup port forwarding on the router protecting the phones

for example .

phone one - sip port 5065 , rtp port 1400-14012 , port forward these ports to the ip address of the phone

phone two - sip port 5066 , rtp ports 14013 - 14025, port forward these ports to the ip address of the phone.

2 Phones are at the location. I will try to configure port forwarding and let you know.
