Solved Deskphone wont ring.

My Yealink phone wont ring when I call in from my mobile. APP rings on PC and mobile, but not my desk phone. I removed the app from my mobile and no changes.

If I call in from another mobile, it will ring my desk phone.

Local setup. Yes, phones are provisioned. I seems that my mobile number is tagged somewhere in the database.

I added a new extension, factory reset the phone. All other outside calls to this extension come in fine. When calling in with my mobile, the phone will not ring.

I removed the APP from my mobile, and unregistered the APP on my Win 10 PC.

Update:
If I dial in anonymously with *67 XXX-XXX-XXXX, then calls comes through fine.

Does mobile and desk phone has same extension number.

Can you call other numbers for you mobile configured within 3cx

Checks the activity log to see the activity on the incoming call

Yes, mobile and desk phone have same ext number. I added a 2nd DID, and same result.

Simply put, if I ever experience such issues I just map the call flow with the binary log viewer:

Run the verbose logs on 3CX, replicate the call and it should hopefully give you the reason in plain text as to why the call is not routing: https://www.3cx.com/docs/collecting-logs-for-3cx-support/

Go on the phone menus, find directory, and look at the black list option.

Ensure it is empty.

Thanks. Finally resolved it. I noticed a call came into VM that did not provide the callers number, but the DID they called. I made an adjustment in Caller Number, Name field mapping, and it corrected both issues.
