Solved Desktop App Connection Sequence

As the V18 Desktop App config file contains both the PBXLocalAddr and the PBXPublicAddr does it operate on the basis that it will attempt to connect locally first and it no connection go via the Public address ?

To be more precise, it actually attempts a connection to both and will connect to the first one that responds generally increasing connection and response time. It goes without saying that the local route will almost always be the one to respond first if available.
