Hi
I have 3cx on windows server 2016, 3cx version 18 update 3 built 461,
3CX Desktop App
Version:18.8.508
Using Global Protect as VPN client on the users side.
The 3cx is hosted in the customer DC and we have multiple sites connecting using WAN links on VLAN's. Internally all clients works fine, the VPN network segment also makes the 3cx available from inside the network, so the clients does not connect from the remote public side.
SO when the client works remotely, the user connects global protect VPN, most of the times the 3cx app has no speech, so closing it and re-open it works.
When it works, the client sometimes leaves the PC and it locks, or hibernates and after that there is no speech again.
Is there not a ay to set the 3cx desktop app to do keep alive checks like on the desktop phones? It seems that the 3cx is open before the network is established and then causing the no speech problem.
Any input here will be appreciated.
