Desktop App - SMS Protocol

We understand how to pop-up the 3CX Desktop App using the TEL: protocol from within our CRM system. Is there a way to use the SMS: protocol that will bring a user directly to the Desktop App's Chat page and automatically populate the phone number associated with the link that is clicked?
