Desktop App : When minimize 3cx Dialer, If Receive call not popup.

Hello 3CX Support,

I need to help about Desktop App client, My Customer user send information about can not see alert popup with 3CX Desktop App.

If Exit Dialer-Windows , When Receive call can see popup normaly.


Problem If minimize Dialer-Windows, when receive call can not see popup and listen sound ringing. Sometime user use small talk in PC Because in the Office's user don't want noise .
So, user can not see receive and miss call.


Please recheck and do you have any recommended information?

Just to confirm, are you saying that if you minimize the dialer, only the dialer, it does not even make sound when you receive an incoming call? Does it flash orange?

Sometime user use small talk in PC Because in the Office's user don't want noise

When you say "small talk" are you perhaps referring to some 3rd party software? If yes what is it exactly?

Have you tried enabling "Allow Call pop-up to steal focus on incoming calls"?



Do you get the same behavior with this on?

Yes, it flash and ringing, but some user task bar color it's grey in windows 11 ,etc. if in black color it ok.

default setting are disable but this function it work for them, later i will send information to fix this function to resolve my problem.

again, this function can set default after first install i think it work for all.

Windows 11 has yet to be tested with 3CX so I'm afraid I cannot know what the expected behavior is but sounds like it's generally ok.

In that case I do recommend enabling this. I'm afraid there's no way to enable it by default so all users will have to manually turn it on.
