Desktop Extension outbound calling - unable to determine source

Hi.. I believe that I may have a security issue. After reviewing our call logs for today, I noticed 50-60 entries from an extension that were obviously (to me) bogus and possibly some sort of attack I'm thinking. In the event log is see numerous entries stating:

12/19/2019 5:42:12 AM - [Flow] Target endpoint for 1019301148223825199 can not be built!

My question is: Is this an attack? No one was at our campus during these numerous entries.

Hi Bill,

Something tried to ring 1019301148223825199 but your outbound rules probably did not allow it to go through.

Its best to find the source of the attempt by looking at your logs. Switch to verbose logging (in Activity Log) and see what you can catch.

Forgot to ask.. this is most likely from an outside source.. correct?
 
It's unknown but you can use that long number to search your logs and see where it started from.

If there isn't enough logging, then switch to Verbose and wait to catch the next one.

Also can you can check your PBX General settings for how these two options are currently set:
