Solved Dial 0 to reach the reception using SIP ID 0

how can i configure 3cx Pro Cloud solution , when the room Dial 0 to reach the reception using SIP ID 0, i have 4 extensions setup right now

Hello @kdolaat

Just put the 0 in the account of single reception phone.
Than enable the (admin - system - options) SIP ID usage.
Thats all.

If you want a reception-group to be called, than just add a dummy extention where you will use the SIP ID - 0. And forward this dummy extention to the group.
