Dial by first name only

Hello All, is there a way to configure v20 to have only dial by first name? If so, which steps can i take to implement this?

This is available and is an option the CALLER will select during the call.

When they are in the call by name menu they will hear a prompt to press "1" to call bt name, or press "2" to call by last name.

You do not need to configure anything for this to happen.
