I have a client on V20U4 and SNOM 815 phones. They don't want full names on the BLF buttons, initials only. To accomplish this I use the initials in the user's last name field.
That, of course, breaks dial by name. Is there any way to have above and dial by name working? All I can think of is to go into the web admin of each phone and customize, but customizations would be knocked out the next time the phone is updated.
