Dial by Name Directory

how do i activate dial by name, so for incoming calls they going to have an option to dial by the name?

Each user has to have their self id recorded for dial by name to show them in the directory.

how do we setup their self id, For each of them we setup the name for each extension, how do I add an option on the IVR for dial by name?
do they need to login to their extension and record their names?

Key your PIN, then press # or wait for timeout
Press 9 for Option
Press 5 to Change the Personal Greeting
