Did you save your self identification name on the system?

1.- you go to mailbox 999

2.- Press 9 for more options

3.- Then press 5 for saving your self identification name like: Aldo Linares

then test it on a DR it should work it works for me.

Note - the first 3 numbers / letters of the surname section in the extension setting. Those are what will identify which name will be called.

So after setting Self ID message on the VM of the extension say John Doe, Type John in the name and Doe in the Surname section of the extension.

Then when you click the option to call by name in the DR, you have to insert 3 6 3 (the equivalent of Doe).

You will be forwarded to that extension.
