Dial By Name - Extension Not Found

Is there any way to resolve or bypass the dial by name "extension not found" without having the user record their name? Was hoping there was an option to bypass the name recording feature by default so the dial by name would work anyway.

User has to at least initialize the voicemail. Recorded name is easiest.

Please note that dial by name requires the user to record a personal identification message to have the functionality enabled.

The prompt the user records is required as it will be played to the caller if the digits dialled match more that one surname.
