Dial by name - file not found UserName.wav

Hi,

This started to happen after upgrading from v16 to v18. I noticed the custom UserName.wav I changed is not working. I looked at the permission and it is good. Running the following:
Version: 18.0 Update 4 (Build 965).

I checked Updates and I'm currently up to date. I checked in Settings -> system Prompts -> English is up to date. Anything else I need to check? Please advise.

Yes I have rebooted the server twice now. Same result.

fixed.. the digital receptionish lanaguage was set to custom prompt set. i set it to standard english prompts set and its working now.
