Solved Dial Code Missing

Hello All,

Just upgraded to V20 on the cloud. users wanted to add a day/night mode button and it looks like V20 is missing a dail code field that was present in V18.

We are looking to use

• Force 3CX IN or OUT of Office – Emergency Code

Anyone know where i can find it in V20?

Hello, its not possible to use dial codes to force in/out straight off the bat. You will instead have to use the 3cx client to force phone system in/out and ensure user has the correct role set to do so. Alternatively, look at this https://www.3cx.com/docs/call-api-linux/ (self hosted required)

We are not self hosted. But I havent heard or been able to search for the web client function and role. can you point me in the right direction on what role is needed and how the users can set the system into night mode.
