We have just set up a customer with Free 3CX - When they're attempting to pick up calls from another phone by pushing the BLF keys it seems to call *55(Ext) rather than *20*(Ext) looking as another customer we do that has the paid version they seem to have a Dial Codes section on there system where as the Free one does not.
Are you able to pick up calls from the Free Version if so can does anyone know how to configure it, as there seems to be limited options on the phone system itself to configure that option other than choosing if BLF is on or off.
This is on Yealink T53W I'll add.
